Q.  How long will it take for me to get my order?
A.  We try to ship (and usually do) within two business days.  We send orders using priority mail; overseas orders are global priority.  After that, it's up to the US post office!
Q. I'm not in the USA.  Can I still order a CD? 
A. Sure.  We've sent CDs all over the world.  They even arrive at their destinations.
Q. I want to buy a CD, but I don't have a charge card.  Can I still use Paypal?
A.  Yup.  Paypal is free to join, and if you register with them you can use a credit card OR write an echeck.  They'll take the money from your checking account and send it to us.  It's extremely secure, no worries about that!  (There's a banner below - just click through and sign up.)
Q.  I'm in another country.  Can I still use Paypal?
A.  Absolutely.   You don't even need a charge card - all you need is a checking account and you can join.
Q. If I sign your mailing list, am I going to be barraged with emails from the spammish horde?
A. No.  Red Balloon Records has a strict privacy policy and we never share your email with any third party.  Also, our newsletter is sent out on the average of once a month; usually to announce a new CD or news about one of our featured artists, so you won't be barraged by us, either.
Q. I have a sister (daughter, girlfriend) who sings.  Can you make her a recording star?
If wishes were horses we all would ride.  That said, I would never discourage someone with talent.  There is no easy road, but what I would suggest is to perform as much as possible and see if the audiences respond well.  If so, the next step is to make a good demo and try to get a manager interested; go to managers who handle similar talent.  However, be forewarned it's a long, hard and sometimes expensive road, and only a few make it through to stardom.
